For All Volunteers

1. After you register you will receive an email within a week regarding which clinic you will be assigned and seating.

2. On March 10, 2018 ALL volunteers MUST report to the their designated sign-in location based on orientation instructions. Sign-in begins at 6:5 A.M. Please arrive NO LATER than 6:30 a.m. *Continental breakfast provided*

 

Reminders:

• Food will be provided for all volunteers starting with a continental breakfast at 7:00 a.m. Saturday

• Jeans and comfortable shoes are appropriate

• Spanish translators will be available

• Please check in and check out at the volunteer desk each day.

Parking: Through contracted services, Central Parking Systems provides convenient, safe, secure, and adequate parking to the faculty, staff, and students of Meharry Medical College as well as to visitors and employees of Nashville General Hospital at Meharry.
