1:00 p.m. - Event Set up begins. All volunteers please report to the Dental School

lobby. 

 

Saturday, March 10

6:00 a.m. - Dental School & Clinics Open

                 - Event Committee must arrive NO LATER than this time

 

6:15 - 6:30 a.m. - Volunteer Sign-In for ALL dental, medical, and general volunteers. Please arrive NO LATER than 7:00 a.m.  *A Continental breakfast will be provided*

 

7:00 a.m. - Patient Registration Begins. Patients will be given numbers that correspond ONLY to patient registration order. This number does NOT determine when you will be seen in the clinic. 

 

5:00 p.m.  - Clinic close. Clean-up begin

5:30 p.m. - Closing Remarks / Volunteer check-out in Dental School Lobby.
